JOB DESCRIPTION
– Operation, warranty and maintenance of the entire technical systems, fire prevention systems of the building, office of the company as assigned by the Head of Division.
– Supervise, inspect and monitor the installation, repair and maintenance of technical systems of the building (electricity, water, lighting system, camera, refrigeration, fire protection …)
– Make schedule maintenance / periodical inspections, maintenance in accordance with operating status, specifications of equipment.
– Supervise, inspect and monitor the operational status of the building technical system, Ensure the building is always in good condition, save energy
– Clean up the air-conditioner.
